Happy 7th Birthday Mario Cake for Bennett

When delivering the Lipstick and Lollipop cake, one of the guests asked if I could make a Mario Cake for her son's birthday party that next Friday.  It was last minute, but had no problem getting it done.  She had the figures for the cake and sent pictures with it all put together.  Thank you Carrie for the great pictures.  She told me - "The cake was a hit!!!  He said it was the best cake he's ever had.  He figured out exactly where to put the figures."  So glad I was able to help.

Under the Sea Cake for my friends in Cabo

I have been working for my current company for over 8 years now and we have offices in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.  A few of them follow me on Facebook and have been wanting me to make them a cake for years.  Problem was how would I get it there.  Problem solved - the owner of my company was going to Cabo and I asked if I could send a cake with him on the flight.  I made this Beach themed cake since our property and offices are on the beach.  Cake made it in one piece and they were all very suprised.  They loved it so much they raffled off all the fondant pieces so they could all have some to keep.  So glad I finally was able to get one there.

Lipstick, Lollipops and Roller Skates Birthday Cake

I was asked to make a cake for a customer's two daughter's birthday party again this year.  They were having a "girly" party at a Skating Rink and wanted a three tiered Lipstick, Lollipops and roller skates incorporated on the cake!  Girls were very happy and everyone ate the whole thing.  Happy Birthday to Madison and Lauren!

Spiderman Cake for Alexander's 4th Birthday

Once again I was asked to make Alexander's Birthday Cake.  I have done all of his cakes since he was born.  What an honor.  This year he wanted a Spiderman Cake.  Turned out cute and he loved it.

Zebra and Giraffe Baby Shower Cake

A repeat Customer and friend asked me to make a Zebra and Giraffe Shower Cake for her friend and her upcoming arrival of her son Tristan (same person as the crown cake).  Made my first Giraffe and it turned out great.  Love making the animals.

Tristan's Baby Shower Cake

A customer asked me to make a Baby Shower Cake for her shower her mother was giving her.  She is having a baby boy named Tristan.  She wanted a Crown Cake.  Cake turned out great and she was very happy with the outcome.

Quilt Cake for my Mom

My family was getting together to celebrate my Mother's Birthday.  She is a quilter and I did a quick little Quilt Cake for her.  Everyone loved it.  It was a White cake with Raspberry filing.

Monster High Cake

A co-worker of mine wanted a Monster High Cake for her Granddaughter's Birthday.  She loved it and loved the Monster High symbol on the top! 

Calla Lily Wedding Cake

I was asked to create my first Wedding Cake.  It was for a small Wedding and they wouldn't need much.  The Bride liked Calla Lilies and Loved the Cake.  She and the Groom were very happy!

Happy Birthday Jan!

A close friend of mine asked me to make an 80's themed cake for her Birthday party.  She found a great idea and I had a blast making it.  Took a long time but learned a lot from this cake.  Thanks Jan. (White Cake with Raspberry filing covered in Fondant)

Happy 4th of July-2012

My regular customer Missa asked me to make my specialty cookies for her neighborhood party again this year!  They were a hit.  (Butter cookies with Royal Icing)

Got Wine?

My Sister in Law asked me to make a going away cake for a co-worker of hers.  She loves Wine and wanted a wine bottle and some grapes.  They all Loved the cake.  (White Cake with Raspberry Filing)

Roger's 50th Birthday "Hobby" Cake

I was asked to make a cake for a return client's customer for his 50th Birthday.  They wanted a lot of his hobbies on his cake, including fishing, hunting, poker, boating, wake boarding, smoking cigars, enjoying wine and cheese, golfing and is the head of the chicken events at the HLSR.  He also drives a Harley Davidson that was the top centerpiece of the cake.  The wife loved the cake and this one was one of my favorite cakes once all put together.  Thanks to my parents - Dad the drive and Mom the assistant designer for their help with this delivery as a VW Beetle wasn't big enough for this cake to fit.

Matalyn's 3rd Birthday Cake

My niece Matalyn has been waiting forever (according to her) for her Birthday.  We had been looking for months for the perfect "princess" castle cake for her.  She loves them all and loves pink.  So I decided to do a combo of princesses on her cake.  She feel in love the minute I walked in the door.  She loved the walkway and the door on the front of the castle.  Can't wait to see what she wants next year.

Graduation Cookies for Nick

My Nephew Nick graduated this year and is on his way to Parkland College to play baseball.  He isn't a sweet eater but I made these for him and his buddies to enjoy.  I packed them up and carried them from Houston to Cincinnati without one broken cookie!  His brother Jacob loved them so much that he probably eat most of them.  Now I know how to transport cookes, my next goal is to pack and ship.

Paint Ball Cupcakes

A co-worker of mine asked me to make some Paint Ball Cupcakes for her son's 13th Birthday party.  They gave me big thanks when they saw them and then again the next time they were in the office.  They told me they were the best cupcakes ever!  Always makes my day.

Bunny Butt Easter Cake

I found this great picture of a "Bunny Butt" cake online.  I sent to my very good client and ended up making 4 cakes for clients at Easter this year.  I embelished with raisins to look like bunny poop!  My niece loved that part when I showed her the pictures!

Orange and Pink Wedding Cake

The mother of baby Joy asked me to make her mother in laws wedding cake for a small family wedding.  She based the colors on the Layla birthday cake.  They added fresh flowers to the top, but I added a gerber daisy for the picture and it turned out well.  She loved the cake.

Baby Joy's Baby Shower Cake

My friend asked me to make a baby shower cake for her very good friend.  Little did she know that friend had her baby 2 month's early.  Baby Joy and Mom are doing well and happy and healthy.  Shower still went on as planned.

Layla's 1st Birthday Cake

A good friend of mine asked me to make a 1st Birthday cake for her good friend's daughter.  She based the colors on the theme of the party and the birthday girl was very happy to dig into her cake.

Andrew's Graduation Cake

Kelsey's Graduation Cake

I had a request for another 2012 Graduation Cake.  They were having a combo Graduation Party for their Daughter Kelsey and nephew Andrew.  I did both and they were very happy with the outcome.  Excited that it was all edible.

Cy Fair 2012 Graduation Cake

Cy-Fair High School Class of 2012 Graduation Cake - my good friend's asked me to make their kid's cake this year for a big party!  The kids loved it.

Super Mario Cupcakes

Super Mario Cupcakes requested by my co-worker for her son's Birthday!  The look on his face was priceless and I always love when I get to see their reactions!

Congratulations Davis!

A family friend asked me to make her son's Eagle Scout ceremony cake! She found a great idea and this was the end result. He loved it and so did everyone else. Loved this cake as it reminded me of what a great flag we have.

Hungry Caterpillar Cake

Happy 1st Birthday to Evan and Elena! A return client requested a Hungry Caterpillar Cake and two small smash cakes for her son's and niece's 1st Birthday. This one was done a little different but turned out great! They all loved it.

Happy Birthday Ana!

A return client requested a Birthday Cake for her friend and sent me a great tray to put it on. She asked for pink and black with an "A" on the top. Cake turned out beautifal and was one of my favorites to date!

Girly Bowling Cake

A friend who has seen and follows me on Facebook asked me to make her daughter's 7th Birthday cake for a bowling party. It had to be girly and pink. They all had a great time and she really loved the cake.

50th Anniversay Cake

Some very close friends of my family asked me to make their 50th Anniversary cake with photo's from their lives together! Everyone was very happy with the outcome. It was red velvet with cream cheese frosting.

Sloan Shbeeb's 1st Birthday Cake
